Ok hotel for overnight stay.

Regularly stayed with this hotel chain but during the last year the quality has fallen dramatically in terms of cleanliness. We arrived last week and large patches of fresh blood, hair and dirt on the mattress, grey dirty bedlinen and filthy pillow. Staff go at 9pm so difficult to complain or organise alternative. Have complained to Louvre who simply responded, sorry here is your money back with no attempt to reassure regarding improving customer care. New bar over the road also means lots of noise until late into the night. We are seasoned travellers and I have never seen such a disgusting bed - slept in the car.

The hotel is convenient and clean marred by a poor breakfast - hardly any choice at all. Loud rock music disturbing the customers, probably for the benefit of a young staff. In a choice between this hotel and an Ibis Budget I would choose the later simply on the breakfast alone.

We always stay here when we travel to Holland from charente. Good location near motorway, clean rooms, good shower, wifi, very friendly people at reception. Plenty of restaurants of the chain kind( mcdonalds, buffalo grill) close by.

the property is roughly 40/45 minutes away from Paris (Zone 1) via Metro. overall a lovely 3 nights 4 days stay with my mates. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful in terms of directions and places we had to visit while we were in Paris. Moreover, daily cleaning of the rooms and changing of the linens and towels. Topped by a wonderful continental breakfast in the morning. On the other-side, there is no English channels available in the room at all. This premises doesn’t offer any restaurant, bar and room service.

We had a family room which was perfectly set up with one double one single and one bunk over the double. All clean, nice breakfast and five minutes from Parc Astérix. If you are staying eat at the Italian next door good food and nice atmosphere.

I booked an air-conditioned room for the evening of 29 May 2023. I arrived a bit late, so rushed off to dinner and returned to my room (number 104) to sleep. Not only did the air-conditioner not work, I could not even turn it on. Reception at the hotel is only open from 7 am to 9 pm. I discovered the problem after 9 pm and I had to leave the next morning before 7 am. I emailed the hotel about the problem and I was told, sorry, but I should have told Reception. There was no offer of any sort of refund, despite the fact that I had paid for an air-conditioned room that did not have air-conditioning.

Excellent inexpensive hotel that is spotlessly clean. Very convenient for autoroute and has ample parking. Prices vary and last weekend it was €95 which is a little on the high side in my opinion. I used ***********.............

Self check-in machine when arriving late at night. Gated parking area infront of the hotel. Convenient location outside Paris for a one night stop over. Reasonable price. Breakfast was quite poor, not many choises. Clearly a budget hotel, but that's fine if you're just looking for a place to have a short rest.
